Fixed price for smart heating control installation (e.g. Hive, Tado, Nest) - £100 plus supply of the controls.
Repairs
From £60 plus parts.
Time for collecting parts chargeable at £30 per 30min increments.
Services
From £80 plus parts.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificate
From £60.
All service to be competed in accordance with manufacturers instruction and are not inclusive of parts required to be changed at recommended service intervals.
If your boilers manufacturer requires specific service items during a service then the service package you have selected may not be suitable, this will be discussed with you at the time.
